POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for working in a group environment in supports the manufacturing in daily maintenance to ensure the machine running smoothly.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  2. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings and technical manuals required.
  3. Has the knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Project management software.
  4. Demonstrated experience with heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems.
  5. Completed course work in electrical systems fundamentals, UPS Systems, generators, chillers systems, building automation and control systems.
  6. Experience in Facilities Operations
  7. Ensure daily tasks are performed in alignment with OHS&E practices and applicable standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and Automotive Quality Management System (IATF 16949)


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Perform hands-on operation and maintenance building engineering-& Facility equipment’s related equipment and systems
  2. Carry out routine FM corrective and Preventive Maintenance as directed on all equipment specified.
  3. Promptly report all equipment/system anomalies noted.
  4. Maintain logs, record readings, document equipment histories, and prepare other engineering-related documentation.
  5. Provide access/escort service to subcontractors working in engineering areas as required.
  6. Actively take part in all emergency drills and respond quickly and appropriately to all emergencies occurring in the facility.
  7. Write, or assist in writing, documents related to the operation, maintenance and repairs of equipment and systems. The documentation includes Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and Emergency Operating Procedure (EOP).
  8. Operating Engineers will carry out maintenance/operations tasks as assigned by management and submit accompanying documentation in a timely manner.
  9. Maintain and keep working area to meet environmental requirements and regulation compliance.
  10. Other related tasks assigned.
