Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Project Management Process
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, basic formula such as SUMIFS, V/XLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.
• Proactive, high initiatives, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communcation and coordination skills with internal teams & vendors.
• Able to adapt in fast-paced job environment and handling multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with product teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project timelines and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure tasks are completed within the deadline
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges to other team
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards
